The Kings are back.

In between performing for a sea of kids and cameras on MTV's “My Super Sweet 16” and fronting two national tours, KNOCKOUT KINGS has now settled into a solid line-up, focused approach, and vision and subsequently has produced The Kid’s Got Heart!, an ode to the underdog and a testament to the spirit of youth.

Since 2003, KNOCKOUT KINGS have been conquering crowds with their unrelenting, energetic performances and memorable, melodic anthems. Their two previous EP’s Bleeding Is The Motive (2004) and The Lion (2005) showed the band growing from starkly wearing their influences on their sleeve to becoming influential in both their tightly knit local scene and beyond.

The Kid's Got Heart! is the band's finest material to date. Soaring vocals, sing-alongs. driving basslines, and dualing guitars all fuse together to form five remarkably catchy and fearlessly poppy rock anthems. Flawlessly recorded by industry veteran David Dreesen (widows&orphans, Hundred Year Storm) and mastered by Nolan Brett (As I Lay Dying, Horse The Band), The Kid's Got Heart! captures KNOCKOUT KINGS moving closer to pop sensibilities while not neglecting their influences in the punk/hardcore world.
